The Midwest Premier Football League (MPFL) is excited to announce itself as the Northern States Football League (NSFL).
Premier Football League has a rich 4-year history; providing hundreds of
exciting games throughout the years. There have been several teams
involved in the league; from Duluth to Fargo, from the Twin Cities to
the heart of Minnesota. All teams have brought pride and passion to the
league, giving thousands of young men an opportunity to play the game

Fargo Invaders Win Premier Bowl IV
First Time's the Charm
In the first year of existence, the Fargo Invaders win the
Midwest Premier Football League going 8-2. The Invaders offense scored
at least 31 points in 6 contests, while the defense never gave up more
than 20 points. Out of the ten games, the Invaders outscored their
opponents 356-113. Seven offensive players made the All Star teams,
five from defense, and four specialists.
The Invaders capped off the season winning the Premier Bowl IV against the West Central Broncos 35-14. Read More...

Stauss leads the Invaders into the Championship
He was once considered the best high school quarterback in the
Midwest. Now, former Northwestern and North Dakota State quarterback
Tony Stauss, 32, is the quarterback of the Fargo Invaders of the Midwest
Premier Semiprofessional Football League.

Invaders' Eric Dowling Makes Most of Football
Fargo - This winter, former Moorhead High School linebacker Eric
Dowling was messing with his newly acquired stethoscope while studying
with his buddies.
The 24-year-old University of North Dakota medical student learned a tough lesson. He had a damaged heart.
“Some people in medical school run across being able to diagnose
yourself with certain diseases,” Dowling said. “I actually found out
that I was born with a valve defect in my heart.” Read More...
